This English Oak Carving Board is made from a 5cm thick slab of seasoned English Oak with a striking design of 5cm square routed grooves to assist in juice drainage.

A trough has been added in the corner to capture the juices with a useful groove to allow pouring into a suitable vessle once the meat has been carved. The reverse side is suitable for use as a chopping block and as with all our boards, routed grooves on the side allow for ease of handling.

The size of this piece will vary depending on the wood available at the time of making and is generally around 50cm square and 5cm thick.
